An Interactive Lecture/Workshop on Gambling Awareness, Addiction and Intervention

This awareness program is designed to educate students about the real odds of winning at various games, the signs of a problem gambler as well as prevention and intervention tools and resources. Attendees will be empowered to make smart choices and be educated in the signs of a problem gambler and the resources available to help themselves or someone close to them. Additional materials and resources will be available for future use by faculty and staff, etc. The program can be in Lecture/Workshop format, as a Game Show or a dual-program with a casino party or Poker Tournament.
