Bio

The RipTones have been making country, blues, and roots rock since 1990. Their live show is renowned for being an energetic, "take no prisoners" affair. The music is a mixture of rockabilly, country, blues and surf. The RipTones' fifth full-length record, Buckshot, was recently released on Bloodshot Records. The band's new record Buckshot has been played over the radio across the world on CMJ stations, Americana, and on large commercial stations. The RipTones received favorable reviews from the Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, USA Today, and Outre' Magazine.
The RipTones' video has received rotation on CMT and The Nashville Network. The Band tours nationally from coast to coast, playing festivals and night clubs and recently did a tour of Britain.
