Naked began in the fall of 1996, when BoDeans fans and
friends Paul Wenzel and Brian Bentz hatched an idea. They knew that
they would be the only ones to pull off a BoDeans Tribute and they did.
From 1996 through January of 1999, Naked reigned supreme within the
upper ranks of the Chicago cover band community. Having performed and
sold out the cities most notable venues. Venues such as The House of
Blues and The Park West. The band was a regular guest with Jonathon
Brandmeier and Kevin Matthews of the Loop FM 97.9. They were also featured
on the WGN TV Morning News. Fairs and Festivals were a great place to
catch the show as Naked performed at 40+ fests over a 3 year period.
Now after a two year hiatus and a brand new album from The BoDeans,
Naked has returned to celebrate the music of this great band.
