Bio

Infectious pop hooks. Unforgettable melodies. Memorable solo chops. This quartet has all the corners covered. Unpretentious, poignant and humorous lyrics combined with sophisticated song structures are found in the timeless music of Fooling April. Four talented, motivated, hard-working and highly sensitive musicians comprise this outstanding ensemble. With a focus on acoustic-edged melodic pop seamlessly blending with classic and modern-rock sensibilities, Fooling April has been pulling in new devotees at every opportunity.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• The band's first single, "Firefly", has been #1 on Clear Channel's unsigned Top 10 for the last month earning spins on major Top 40 radio. The band is featured on over 450 Clear Channel radio stations' websites currently as an artist to watch.

• Selected as the "poster band" to market the newly launched American Idol Underground behind a full-scale P/R campaign which landed the band on Fox & NBC Television as well as in various print campaigns.

• Major celebrities such as Columbia recording artist Teddy Geiger, CBS' Daytime Soap star Alex Chando, and Comedy Central Comedian Karith Foster have fed the national buzz by being photographed in People Magazine and on Nickelodeon and VH1 television wearing Fooling April merchandise.
