To get started, please download the submission application (at bottom of this page), enter all of the requested information, print it out and include with your submission to send to us. If you want, you can type the information directly on the form. We get 100's of submissions per month, but we do look at everything that comes in, and it sometimes takes us a while. If we feel that your act is something we can represent, we will contact you for more information and further discussion. Please do NOT e-mail us any files, EPKs, or bio information.
