We feel as if they know us and our campus personally - they know about our limited budget and small performing space, they know what works well and doesn't and always keep us in mind when an artist or performer might be passing through and they can give us a block booking (or better) price. Their promotion and publicity materials are top notch and are always provided in a timely fashion. When Chris Schuler calls or emails, i feel like an acquaintance is calling, not an agent. He has managed to strike the perfect balance in knowing when to contact or email - sometimes, the number of contacts from other agents are overwhelming - he contacts me to follow up or to present information he knows I will be interested in. In addition to Chris, all of the office staff is helpful and can answer a quick question. Bass Schuler runs an effective and efficient operation - can't ask for anything more - they are a programmer's delight! --- And can I just say, I have been the First Year Programming Coordinator all summer and worked with so many people and different companies. Notably, I can honestly say that Bass/Schuler has been the most polite, well mannered, and efficient company I have worked with and I do appreciate all of the help you guys have given me. Both The Party Company and Record-A-Hit have been phenomenal to work with. The crew from The Party Company and RAH did all their setup and tear down on their own, alleviating the need for student volunteers, which was quite a relief to all of them. It’s excellent when the staff that bring inflatables and other items will handle everything and make it so much easier on us.

We enjoy bringing Sex Signals but perhaps we wouldn't do it if the booking agency was difficult or rude (which we've run into with others). So the combination of a quality program and a helpful and patient agency to book with makes this one of my absolute favorite events of the year. For being one of our most popular and well attended events, this is a low stress event for us due to the well-organized materials you all have provided and Rachel's superior service with the contract; which is a relief around this office! of West Dundee --- Dear Scott, On behalf of the Entertainment Committee for Heritage Fest, we would like to thank you for all of your help making our festival a great success! Every act we hired through Bass/Schuler was outstanding. Live Band Karaoke kicked off our event Friday evening with a bang. Mr. Myers set the pace for a fun Saturday afternoon of music, food, drinks, and entertainment. Gary Devar's talent was talked about throughout the entire weekend. He really added something special to our event. World Class Noise rocked our little town of 5,000 into a musical frenzy. The audience couldn't get enough of them. And Mike Mauthe amazed the kids with his stilt walking and fabulous balloon creations. Thanks again for your valued service.
