˝ Scale SIMULATORS – Client is responsible to meet Rider requirements as it is considered part of the contract.  Failure to meet Rider may result in date not starting on time or playing, at client’s expense.

 

  1. A 27” Viewing monitor is in front of each ˝ scale simulator.  Outside events require client-provided tent for weather conditions, winds, etc.  See #8.  Please place in area where sunlight will not cause a problem when viewing the monitor.  There are 2 10’x 10’ popups in trailer to help for sunlight conditions only and are not used for weather conditions (no sides, etc.)  Client to provide tent for outdoor events under adverse conditions to provide protection (from winds, dust storms, rain, wet grounds, etc.)

 

  1. ACCESS TO SET-UP SITE: Requires cars to be pushed into place within 50 ft. of delivery truck.  CANNOT BE LIFTED OR TILTED.  NO STEPS.  Cars weigh approximately 800 lbs. Each and cannot go up steps. Access to site will also require the tow vehicle with trailer with 60 ft. length to drive to setup location and must be parked in close proximity for maintenance tools.  Please provide 2 volunteers to help push cars into show place at set-up and also at tear-down.  Clients to provide parking for truck/trailer.

 

  1. DOOR ACCES, STEPS & FREIGHT ELEVATORS:  Please verify access.  Each car will fit through a minimum opening of 48’.  Usually fits double door without a center post, but each client needs to check.  Needs 10’ length & room to maneuver around corners, elevators, etc.  Cannot be moved around sharp ramps, corners, narrow hallways with turns, etc.

 

  1. POWER: Client to provide 4 clean, dedicated 110v 20amp circuits.  Power must be within 50 ft. of event. Generators must be pre-approved and meet specs (ie: 4 pole, 800 rpm, etc.)

 

  1. STANDARD PACKAGE: Standard package on isolated date set-ups include (1) 27” driver viewing monitor in front of the car.

 

  1. SPACE REQUIREMENTS: The average minimum space requirements are a minimum of 10 ft. x 20 ft.  For allowing spectators to stand around simulators, a minimum of 20 ft. x 20 ft. is required.  Height of client provided tent needs 10 ft. (51”).

 

  1. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL IF UNABLE TO ACCESS SITE.  THES ARE RAIN OR SHINE EVENTS.  MEAINING CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FOLL ON OUTSIDE EVENTS. (INABILITY TO PLAY DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER AND CLIENT DID NOT PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE INDOOR LOCATION).  Client to provide alternate indoor site, when outdoor conditions are unsafe (electrical operation, winds, rain, sunlight, etc.) Once event is set-up outside, it is considered a successful event and cannot be moved for that day’s event should bad weather move in, etc.  Temperature less than 50 degrees to be held indoors.  Outside locations must be free of damp grounds, water, & must be on a flat surface.

 

  1. PRE-SHOW ACCESS TO SITE:  Minimum of 1 – 2 hours access to event site is required for proper set-up.  Please allow extra access and setup time during winter weather, for difficult access to site locations, etc.

 

  1. MULTIPLE DAY EVENTS AT SAME LOCATION:  Client to provide adequate security personnel for a multiple day event, otherwise, a secured and locked area for computers, sound equipment, etc.

 

  1. VOLUNTEERS:  Client to provide 2 (two) adult volunteer men to help push equipment into place at set-up & to re-load into trailer.  It is suggested for large events, that clients provide volunteers to help select next driver/passenger, crowd control, etc.

 

  1. BEVERAGE/SNACK: Please provide crew light snack & water or pop beverages for duration of event (ie: water, pop, etc.)

 

  1. LODGING: See contract terms.  HOTEL MUST ALLOW PARKING FOR TRUCK & TRAILER.

 

  1. MAPS, DIRECTIONS & EMERGENCY CELL #:  Client to provide detailed map, address, directions, emergency contact information and preferred on-site location sketch.
