CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS

Mission IMPROVable is ready for you, but are you ready for Mission IMPROVable?

 

SHOW REQUIREMENTS: CONTRACT

·        Travel cost for the troupe to performance location

·        Overnight accommodations (3 Double Rooms) for night of performance

 

SHOW REQUIREMENTS: TECHNICAL

·        Secured Room for Warm-up & Dressing before (1hr), during and after (1/2hr) the show—we need to be able to lock up our valuables!

·        Bottled Waters (5)

·        Raised Stage: Minimum 10 x 12ft

*Note: Stage requirements are flexible upon discussion

·        Three hand-held-cordless microphones (w/ stands) set front stage

*Note: Corded mics will work, but any hand-held-cordless are preferred

*Note: Venues that are expecting over 500 person attendance, please contact MI

·        CD compatible sounds system (NOT a “boom box”)

·        Four Standard Chairs set on stage

·        One (1) of the following: Dry Erase Board or Flip Chart/Easel

·        Table for Merchandise near audience exit

·        Enthusiasm

*Note: We love folks that are excited about a show.

 

These technical items should be in place prior to MI’s arrival to venue (roughly 1 hour prior to show time).

 

OPTIONAL

Snacks backstage or dinner after the show.  We love to meet people!

 

IMPROTANT

Mission IMPROVable reserves the right to cancel show if any of these requirements are not met or cleared through the booking agency or Mission IMPROVable. These are the tools we need in order to provide you with the best possible show!
