Contract Rider

 

THIS RIDER IS ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF BASS/SCHULER ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACT DATED ________/________/20         BETWEEN KAT PARSONS (hereinafter referred to as ARTIST) and _________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as PURCHASER).

 

The rider is an integral part of the contract, and adherence to it will enable the artist to give you the best possible performance.  Any changes or questions pertaining to the rider or contract must be directed to Bass/Schuler Entertainment.  All terms and provisions hereinafter and herein before set forth part of one and the same contract.

 

PURCHASER AGREES TO PROBIDE THE FOLLOWING AT SOLE COST

 

1.      SOUND, LIGHTING AND STAGE REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. An EXCELLENT sound system that provides outstanding sound on the stage area.

 

  1. Two (2) microphones and two (2) boom stand.

 

  1. Piano (please call if one is not available so arrangements can be made).

 

  1. One stool or table with room temperature bottled water.

 

  1. Good standard auditorium lighting is sufficient.  If show is located where built-in lighting is not available, additional lighting to augment the stage is strongly suggested.

 

2.      TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

 

  1. When ARTIST flies, PURCHASER agrees to provide round-trip transportation (if required by ARTIST) between airport, hotel and performance site.
  2. A local map of hotel and performance location must be provided.  ARTIST will contact PURCHASER several days before performance with arrival information

3.      HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

 

Please provide a VERY CLEAN, new or newly remodeled hotel with excellent standards.  For safety reasons, hotel must have indoor access to room, ONLY.  A 24-hour in and out phone service.   The room should be arranged for evening or performance.  For SCHOOLS: off campus housing is preferred.

4.      PERFORMANCE NIGHT

 

  1. PURCHASER to supply artist with temperature controlled dressing room which includes or has access to washroom.  Room to be secured during performance.  WHENEVER possible, room should have table and chairs, mirror, ice water, sliced fresh fruit.
  2. No part, portion or segment of any performance may be broadcast or reproduced either by audio or video means without express written permission of the ARTIST or Bass/Schuler Entertainment which acts only as agent.
