This rider is an integral part of all Bill Burr contracts. If this Rider contradicts a portion of the contract to which it is appended, then the statements in this Rider supersede any agreements or commitments stated in the contract.

Bill will be allowed to cancel his performance with no prior notice in the event that he is hired to appear on a Television show, in a feature film, or a Television commercial at a time that conflicts with his scheduled performance. In the event that Bill cancels his performance, Bill or the agency representing Bill for that performance will supply a suitable replacement and/or reschedule Bill for a future date.

Purchaser to provide:

· Overnight accommodations in a non-smoking room. Hotel must be comparable to Holiday Inn or Fairfield Inn and have lobby access only.

· Bottled water for the performance

· Flat stool on stage

· One meal

· Sound check one (1) hour prior to performance
